Michael Burton is a passionate leader with strong technical, financial & operational experience alongside a love for recruiting, developing & growing teams.
Prior to Lev, Michael was a services leader at Salesforce (ExactTarget). In addition, Michael held leadership roles at several Indianapolis tech startups including Courseload (Unizin), Angel Learning (Blackboard), Compendium Blogware (Oracle) and Baker Hill (Experian).
Outside of work, Michael spends his time with his wife, Jenni, and son, Trip, exploring Indianapolis and traveling. Michael also is a runner, as well as a passionate basketball and racing fan.
John is a strategic financial leader with extensive change management and project management experience in national and global environments from Fortune 50 to $10M in sales.
Prior to joining Lev, John’s financial leadership roles included CFO of Herff Jones, and CFO of Hurco Companies, (NASDAQ: HURC), a publicly traded global manufacturer and distributor of Machine Tools.
John also held multiple finance executive roles within United Technologies, which brought him, his wife, and their two boys to Indiana from New York over 16 years ago. John started his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Detroit, Michigan.
Valerie brings over 30 years of experience in technology and service solutions to the Lev team. Prior to Lev, Valerie focused on consulting on initiatives from the integration of companies after acquisition, serving as acting Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and lean process improvement at the US Army. Prior to her consulting, Osinski was CTO at Project Lead the Way.
Valerie leads Lev’s operations team for operational efficiency and empowering our talent to deliver the best possible solutions for Lev’s customers.
Outside of work, Valerie enjoys spending time with her two daughters and cheering on The Ohio State University.
Justin has been involved in software his entire career, focused primarily on sales and sales management for young, fast-growing companies like ExactTarget, Salesforce, and Lev.
His roles have always been customer facing in nature which allows him great access to what customers need and how to engineer organizations to best deliver on those needs. At Lev, Justin leads the sales team and helps grow our partnership with Salesforce.
Georgina brings 20 years of experience in marketing, account management, and agency operations to Lev – including deep experience partnering with CMOs to level up their marketing.
Through her experience, she believes in the mix of insights with creative, tech, and media to generate work that gets business results. Committed to creating great work and progressive change, she has experience with both brand and business reinvention – spanning a broad spectrum of digital as well as brand strategy – content, product design, web, media, eCommerce, social and data science.
Originally from the UK, Georgina now lives in San Diego, California with her husband and their dog, and enjoys traveling in her free time.
Obsessed with cross-section of technology, marketing, and the customer experience led Ryan to leadership roles at ExactTarget, Salesforce, IBM, and finally – Lev. Ryan has spent the last 10 years helping the worlds largest companies in Financial Services, HLS/Pharma, Sports and Esports, and Travel and Hospitality industries. Ryan spends his time at Lev meeting with clients and executives helping to develop both particle and aspirational strategies to enhance both their client and employee experiences.
Angie Riegsecker leads Lev’s Talent team as the SVP, Talent + Culture, where she and her team cultivate the #LevLife employee experience through a variety of programs and strategies. With over 20 years of experience across all aspects of Talent/HR, Angie has gained global experience working within Salesforce, ExactTarget, and Appirio.
Angie holds the HRCI SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and Predictive Index Analyst & Talent Optimization certifications.
In her free time, Angie enjoys reading historical fiction or biographies, following a Trailhead lesson to pick up new skills, listening to music (usually the same songs on repeat), or planning her next family vacation – most likely to Walt Disney World.
Holly is an experienced marketing leader who believes in the power of storytelling and finding innovative ways to communicate a brand’s value through cross-channel experiences.
At Lev, Holly oversees Marketing & Alliances with an aim to grow our partnership with Salesforce and elevate the experience of our customers.
Prior to joining Lev, Holly began her career in video and digital production before being a senior leader at Return Path and overseeing brand, digital, customer, and partner marketing.
Outside of work, Holly loves spending time with her husband, Scott, their two kids, James and Ellie, and their dog, Tugboat.
Alix Grimm is an energetic customer advocate and has spent the majority of her career growing client relationships by helping to solve problems and serving as a true trusted advisor to customers. She happens to love doing this work specifically within tech startups and scale-ups, serving as that trusted leader within the growing organization itself. Alix started her career at Fortune 500 CPG company, Unilever, and has spent the last 5 years in leadership roles within startup tech companies in Indy, including Courseload (Unizin) and Structural (a High Alpha company).
Eleanor has nearly 2 decades of experience helping clients meet business objectives in the digital marketing and marketing technology space, and has served as both executive, team lead, manager and trainer for client success staff. At Lev, Eleanor supports a team of Account Directors in helping Lev’s clients achieve measurable returns from their technology and marketing investments.
Outside of Lev, Eleanor enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, hiking, working out, serving her audiobook/podcast addiction and traveling both domestically and internationally.
Tim has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing consulting, primarily serving clients in the Media and Entertainment, Financial Services and Pharma sectors. Tim has deep MarTech experience, including elements of marketing strategy, data, marketing planning and approvals, message orchestration, insights and analytics and growth measurement and performance.
Tim spent 15 years with a Global GSI, where he took 2 different clients – Activision & 21st Century Fox – to the DreamForce main stage presentation.
Born and raised in Southern California, Tim sits on the Board of Directors for Run Seal Beach, a non-profit 5k/10k race which has donated more than $1.6M to local youth athletics in the past 15 years.
